I like this one, D. Your work always gives me pause and makes me think. They’re always hiding something potent under them, like a blanket-covered viper. Beauty hiding the potent.

I don’t know, I think form is great BECAUSE it’s a box. It’s a challenge… thinking outside the box is good because you can roam everywhere and anywhere, but if you can make that box just as interesting and deep as everything around it, then that’s mastery of form.

Calliopespen … nice form and flesh in the form as well, the ideas are wonderfully communicated. Forms are fun, but so is bending the rules and thinking outside the box too. I have been enjoying your words on my visits. Always something worthwhile to enjoy here.

Oh my God!!!! I’m laughing so hard right now! I came by on my morning rounds to see what brilliance You’re serving for breakfast. Not a new post yet, so I read this one again and just now GOT IT!!!! This is seriously amazing!!! I hadn’t realized the flow of the lines. I got hung up on the numbers and let them stop my flow. This is an incredible poem/work of art! Geez Louise. Thanks for gifting me with it twice, although I won’t credit you with my being slow on the uptake.
